We are looking for a highly passionate & hard-working Account Executive who has good knowledge of financial management and accountancy. Want to work in a self-driven, motivated and challenging environment where his contribution will be highly valued and appreciated at every step. Responsibilities and Duties
Handling the accounts and banking matters of the organization.
Continuous management of financial systems and budgets. Undertaking financial audits. Providing financial advice.
Reviewing the company s systems and analyzing risk.
Performing tests to check financial information and systems.
Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities, if any.
Producing reports and recommendations following internal audits. Qualifications and Skills
Should be perfect in Busy Accounting Software, QuickBooks - GST invoicing software, Tally ERP 9, Vat Return/ TDS Return/ Service Tax, Maintain Cash account, Bank Reconciliation, Prepare Balance Sheet, All Basic accounting works, Prepare Salary accounts etc.
Should have very good knowledge of finance & accounting
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Punjabi & English.
Should able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Should have good knowledge of MS office
