Job Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for efficiently managing accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and strong attention to detail, working closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain precise financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in accordance with company policies. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and process payments via checks, bank transfers, and other payment methods. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. Assist in month-end closing activities and provide supporting documents as required. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to address and resolve payment-related queries. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role. Solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software preferred(Tally) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
