Accounts graduate with knowledge and experience in the following only can apply:
1. prepare accounts and should have good knowledge in passing JV
2. finalization of account in co-ordination with auditor
3. filing GST returns
4. reconcile GST annual returns
5. filing income tax returns and tax laws of companies and individuals
6. existing TDS rules like the % of deduction under each section and their threshold limits
7. TCS u/s 206C (1H)
8. BG, EMD, security deposits & solvency certificate
9. ESI/WCI/PF/PT and their employer & employee contribution %
10. initiate payments, prepare cheques & DD
11. A/c's receivables and payables should be reviewed regularly
12. prepare monthly salary workings
13. advances/ exp reimbursements/ loan repayment/ other deductions should be verified before preparing salary statements
14. Reconcile inventory and maintain stock books
15. handle purchases
16. Payment followup mails
17. Stock insurance
18. Project wise costing and analysis
