The Accounts Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely reporting. The role involves managing vouchers, ledgers, invoices, and supporting month-end financial processes in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally / ERP system.
Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare and verify purchase, sales, and expense vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts periodically.
Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.
Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Support payroll processing and related accounting entries.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Preparation of invoice and billing , interacting with customers/vendors-for paymentssss
Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Excel, ERP systems).
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
4-7 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Experience in manufacturing / trading industry preferred
