We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Accounts Executive

with a solid foundation in accounting principles and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks and also act as a point of contact for coordinating with

e-commerce platform support teams

to resolve financial and operational issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries including

sales, purchases, expenses, and payments

. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer payments. Maintain accurate records of e-commerce transactions and reconcile with platform reports (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Communicate effectively with the support teams of e-commerce platforms to resolve issues related to payments, chargebacks, returns, and deductions. Assist in preparing

GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports

. Help with monthly closing activities and generation of financial reports. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in an accounting role (experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus). Good understanding of basic accounting principles and Tally/Excel proficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate across departments and external partners. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub). Familiarity with GST, TDS, and online reconciliations.
