Providing detailed analysis and explanation of transactions.
Handling calculation of employee's salaries
Maintain record of Inventory, Office assets
Preparing sales invoice, Performa and maintain that record
Follow up with vendor/clients regarding payment.
Working with the company's accounts payable functions - maintaining invoice
payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and managing vendor contracts.
Preparing monthly financial and various detailed reports.
Being familiar with Indian companies' laws and be able to research and interpret new laws.
Work with company CA for compliance-related activities, including but not limited to financial documentation.
Facilitate all statutory audits for the company.
Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Analysing accounting data to provide financial information to management.
Documenting financial transactions and reconciling discrepancies.
Recommending financial policies and procedures based on the company's financial status.
Calculating taxes and submitting tax returns.
Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information and backing up databases.
Monitoring the efficiency of accounting procedures and ensuring they comply with regulations.
Creating, reviewing, and presenting budgets.
Providing guidance on revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and profit maximization.
Cooperating with auditors in preparing audit reports.
Technical Skill's-Tally Prime, MS Office, Outlook, expert in calculation.
