. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring smooth inventory and warehouse management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
Handle billing, invoicing, and GST-related documentation
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
Bank reconciliation and cash handling
Prepare basic financial reports and statements
Coordinate with auditors and consultants as required
Warehouse Responsibilities
Manage inward and outward stock entries
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers
Coordinate loading/unloading of materials
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of goods
Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and logistics teams
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting preferred
2-4 years of experience in accounts and warehouse operations
Knowledge of GST, Tally, and MS Excel
Basic understanding of inventory management systems
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle both office and warehouse responsibilities efficiently
Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing or trading industry
Familiarity with ERP or inventory software
