Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, expense forms, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly financial reporting.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Coordinate with auditors for periodic audits.
Stores & Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, inward and outward stock movement.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions (GRN, issue slips, stock returns).
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely delivery and inventory tracking.
Maintain store cleanliness and proper storage of materials as per standards.
