Job Description

1. Store & Inventory Management

Receive, inspect, and record incoming facade materials (aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, sealants, brackets, fasteners, etc.). Maintain Material Receipt Notes (MRN), Goods Issue Notes (GIN), and Delivery Challans. Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of fragile items like glass panels. Track daily consumption and maintain updated stock registers (physical + digital). Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate material dispatch between site, warehouse, and subcontractors. Monitor minimum stock levels and raise material requisition in advance.

2. Accounts & Documentation

Maintain site-level petty cash and prepare expense statements. Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes. Assist in preparing GRN (Goods Received Notes) for accounts department. Support preparation of subcontractor running bills & measurement sheets. Maintain daily labour attendance (DLR) for facade installation teams. Update project MIS reports and assist in monthly cost reconciliation.

3. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, logistics, and vendors. Ensure timely submission of all documentation to the head office. Assist in preparing daily/weekly site progress and material consumption reports. Follow safety standards for storage and handling of facade materials.

Skills & Competencies

Experience in facade / aluminium / glass / construction industry preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory management & basic accounting. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Tally/SAP (as applicable). Attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Ability to work independently at project sites. Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.Com / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in storekeeping + accounts, preferably in facade or construction projects.
