We are hiring an experienced and responsible
Accounts cum Purchase Officer
for our resort in
Yelagiri

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Maintain daily accounts and update financial records.
Handle petty cash and expense tracking.
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and receipts.
Assist in monthly closing and preparing financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Purchase:
Manage procurement of goods and services for resort operations.
Source vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing.
Maintain purchase records and stock inventory.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage stock levels.
Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for supply needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and purchasing (experience in hospitality sector preferred).
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, etc.).
Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
