JOB DESCRIPTION:

? Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including entries for income, expenses, and payments in Tally ERP and excel format.

? Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

? Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

? Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.

? Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements in required format.

? Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

? Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for materials, equipment, and services.

? Prepare purchase orders and maintain documentation for all purchases.

? Track and manage inventory levels; ensure timely procurement of materials for ongoing projects.

? Maintain a database of preferred suppliers and price lists.

? Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements.

? Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, follow up with vendors for pending items.

? Perform cost comparisons and assist in budget control.

? Travelling for payment, collection & other official works. Any other task as assigned by reporting head time to time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
