JOB DESCRIPTION:


Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including entries for income, expenses, and payments in Tally ERP and excel format.


Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.


Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.


Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.


Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements in required format.


Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.


Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for materials, equipment, and services.


Prepare purchase orders and maintain documentation for all purchases.


Track and manage inventory levels; ensure timely procurement of materials for ongoing projects.


Maintain a database of preferred suppliers and price lists.


Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements.


Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, follow up with vendors for pending items.


Perform cost comparisons and assist in budget control.


Travelling for payment, collection & other official works. Any other task as assigned by reporting head time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
