Collect, verify, and process daily attendance, overtime, leaves, and shift data.
Prepare monthly payroll for workers and staff as per company policy and statutory norms.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, incentives, and deductions (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.).
Coordinate with Accounts for salary disbursement.
. Statutory Compliance
Maintain compliance with applicable labour laws (Factories Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages, etc.).
File and maintain PF, ESI, PT, LWF challans and returns within timelines.
Assist during statutory audits and inspections by labour authorities.
3. Contract Labour Management
Coordinate with contractors for attendance, wage sheets, and compliance documents.
Verify contractor bills and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
Maintain Form V, Form VI, muster roll, and wage register compliance.
