Accounting:

Financial Record Keeping:

Managing daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting:

Preparing reports like sales and purchase reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Tax Compliance:

Assisting with tax filings and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Tally & Excel Proficiency:

Strong working knowledge of Tally accounting software and Microsoft Excel is often required.
Operations:

Customer Relationship Management:

Handling customer inquiries, addressing issues, and coordinating deliveries.

Logistics Coordination:

Working with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining optimal stock levels and anticipating future needs based on historical data.

Process Improvement:

Identifying areas for improvement in operational efficiency and implementing solutions.
General:

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and potentially other languages like Telugu or Hindi (depending on the company and location).

Problem-Solving:

Handling customer complaints, resolving discrepancies, and addressing operational challenges.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
An "Accountant Cum Operations Executive" might be responsible for:

Creating invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans. Maintaining customer records and coordinating with them for orders and deliveries. Managing logistics and ensuring timely product delivery.
