Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive

Accounts cum MIS Manager

to handle accounting operations, financial reporting, and data-driven decision support for our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting: payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, and ledgers. Prepare MIS reports, analyze financial data, and assist in management decision-making. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Collaborate with departments for budgeting and cost control. Improve efficiency through Excel, Tally, and ERP-based reporting systems.

Requirements

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. 2-5 years of experience in accounting and MIS. Proficient in

Tally / ERP

and

Advanced Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot, Power BI)

. Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently.
