We are hiring an

Accountant

with strong knowledge of

Tally

and hands-on experience in

factory accounts & inventory management

. The candidate will manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate with production and store departments.

Key Responsibilities

Daily accounting entries in

Tally ERP

Purchase, sales, expense & journal entries Vendor & customer reconciliation Bank reconciliation and ledger management GST, TDS & statutory compliance support Maintain Inventory for raw materials & finished goods Record material in/out, GRNs, challans & stock movements Conduct physical stock audits and resolve variances Prepare MIS reports related to accounts and inventory

Required Skills

Proficiency in

Tally ERP

(mandatory) Strong knowledge of

inventory management

Good understanding of GST/TDS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred) Accuracy, responsibility & discipline Ability to work in a

factory environment

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting Experience in a manufacturing company preferred
