We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Accounts cum HR Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting operations and HR functions in our IT company based in Calicut. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of handling dual responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Accounts Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records.
Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits.
Manage invoices, purchase entries, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
HR Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and coordination.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll support.
Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement.
Handle HR policies, disciplinary actions, and employee queries.
Support performance evaluation processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Accounts/HR roles (experience in IT company preferred).
Strong knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
Good understanding of HR practices and documentation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
