Accounting Duties:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and prepare Trial Balances.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance and filings.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.
Human Resources Duties:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and performance data.
Administer payroll, benefits (insurance, leave), and HR policies.
Address employee relations, conflicts, and grievances.
Facilitate employee training, development, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or HR.
Proven experience in both accounting and HR functions.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask.
