We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage both accounting tasks and executive support functions. This dual role needs someone organized, reliable, and able to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Maintain records of financial transactions
Manage payables/receivables and petty cash
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
Reconcile bank statements
Support audits and prepare financial reports
Executive Support:
Manage calendar, meetings, and travel for senior executive
Prepare reports, presentations, and emails
Handle confidential documents
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements:
Education:
B.Com / BBA; MBA or CA-Inter preferred
Experience:
2-5 years in accounts + EA/admin role
Skills:
Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication and time management
