About the Role

We are hiring an

Audit Assistant

to strengthen our assurance and compliance team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who wish to start their career in accounting and auditing. The selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure to internal audits, budgeting, MIS, taxation reviews, and regulatory compliance while working closely with young professionals in a structured consulting environment.

What You'll Do

Internal Audit & Assurance

Assist in conducting

internal audits

across trading, service, and startup clients Review filed GST returns and income tax returns for compliance accuracy Perform TDS computation and basic audit reconciliations Prepare working papers, audit documentation, and compliance notes

Budgeting & MIS

Support the preparation of

budget vs. actual analysis

for clients Assist in generating

MIS reports

to track financial performance Work with professionals on control testing and process documentation

Learning & Development

Undergo

32 hours of structured training

on audit methodology, compliance, and reporting Get monitored through a

Skill Management System (SMS)

for performance and capability building Work with experienced professionals and receive mentoring throughout projects
