The Accounts-cum-Admin is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative and office management functions to ensure smooth business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts / Finance Duties
Maintain books of accounts (cash book, bank book, ledger)
Prepare vouchers, bills, invoices, and expense statements
Handle petty cash and daily cash transactions
Bank reconciliation and follow-up of payments/receipts
Assist in preparation of monthly/annual accounts
Support audit and statutory compliance activities
Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and consultants
Track material purchases (plywood, boards, hardware, laminates, fittings)
Maintain supplier payment schedules and follow up on dues
Record customer payments and project-wise expenses
Administrative Duties
Handle office correspondence, files, and documentation
Maintain attendance, leave records, and staff registers
Assist in payroll preparation and salary disbursement
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
Support HR activities like joining formalities and records
Coordinate with management and other departments
Maintain official records, agreements, and reports
Maintain stock and inward/outward registers for materials
Handle purchase orders and vendor coordination
Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Accounting
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Experience
1-3 years of experience in accounts and administrative roles
(Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
