Maintain daily accounting entries with precision and zero drama.
Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable like a pro--vendor payments, follow-ups, and reconciliations.
Manage GST, TDS, invoices, and statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly financial statements, expense reports, and MIS summaries for leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally to validate bills, purchase orders, and budgets.
Administrative Operations
Oversee day-to-day office administration.
Manage documentation, filing systems, and internal record-keeping.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and service providers.
Support HR functions like onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Handle travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and visitor coordination.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in accounts and office administration (manufacturing/industrial experience is a big plus).
Strong command of Tally ERP, MS Office, and basic accounting software.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Ability to juggle multiple deliverables with speed, accuracy, and good vibes.
High ownership mindset -- someone who doesn't wait for instructions but drives execution end-to-end.
