Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
Prepare invoices, bills, and bank deposits.
Handle petty cash and reconcile cash and bank statements.
Maintain ledgers, accounts payable/receivable records.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with the external auditor during audits.
File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns (if applicable).
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments.
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Support HR-related documentation such as onboarding/offboarding.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Coordinate office maintenance, travel bookings, and event arrangements.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in accounts and admin roles.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office.
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
