We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Admin cum Accounts Executive
to manage day-to-day administrative operations along with accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking to ensure smooth office functioning and accurate financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including procurement, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth office functioning.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Organize meetings, travel, and other logistical requirements.
Ensure proper filing, documentation, and archiving of office records.
Maintain accounting records, including invoices, bills, receipts, and payments, using
Tally and Zoho
.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support audits and perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Monitor office expenses, assist in budget management, and streamline administrative and accounting processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in accounts and administration.
Proficiency in accounting software, specifically
Tally and Zoho Books
.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting.
Basic understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
