Maintain daily financial transactions and bookkeeping using accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP9/Prime).
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, payments, receipts, and vouchers.
Assist in preparing GST returns, TDS filings, and income tax documents.
Maintain petty cash, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Administration:
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning.
Handle vendor coordination and maintain service agreements and records.
Organize and maintain physical and digital records/files.
Support HR in attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondences related to accounts/admin.
