Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining daily financial transactions and records
Help with invoice generation, billing, and payments
Support in preparing expense reports and petty cash handling
Perform basic data entry in accounting software (e.g. Tally, Excel, etc.)
Manage and organize office files and documents
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Help in monitoring office supplies and placing orders as required, etc
