Experience: 5+ years' experience in accounts and office administration.
Accounts:
Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, expense reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and banks as required.
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.).
Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office administration, including procurement of office supplies and vendor management.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and other logistical arrangements.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping.
Handle correspondence, documentation.
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Skills and Qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office, Tally ERP, or other accounting software.
Understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
