Accounts & Admin Executive - Advance Agency
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, billing, vouchers, and ledger maintenance
Manage GST compliance, filing, and reconciliation
Maintain bank transactions, payments, and follow-ups
Handle administrative work including documentation, record keeping, and office coordination
Manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, and invoice verification
Operate and manage GeM Portal: vendor registration, product listing, bid participation, order processing, invoicing, and compliance
Coordinate with internal teams and government departments as required
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce or relevant field
2-4 years of experience in Accounts & Administration
Mandatory knowledge of GeM Portal operations
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST
Good communication and organizational skills
Salary: As per industry standards
Location: Guwahati

Pay: ₹15,095.34 - ₹29,545.76 per month
