Golden Freight Forwarding is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Accounts Coordinator
to manage day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced logistics and freight forwarding environment. The ideal candidate will handle accounts receivable, client billing, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices for freight forwarding services, customs brokerage, warehousing, and other logistics-related activities.
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments in accordance with company policies.
Accurately record daily financial transactions in the accounting software.
Reconcile bank accounts and monitor accounts receivable and payable ledgers regularly.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation to support audits and financial reporting.
Manage petty cash and track daily operational expenses.
Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Follow up with clients to collect outstanding receivables and address payment delays.
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies and support smooth financial workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1+ years of accounting experience (freight forwarding or logistics industry preferred).
Familiarity with freight documentation and Incoterms.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g , QuickBooks, or ERP).
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
