Role Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong proficiency in both Tally and Zoho to join our team. You'll be the bridge between our clients and the technical team, gathering requirements and assisting in accounting data conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients to understand accounting data migration requirements

- Document and communicate client requirements to the conversion team

- Assist in converting accounting data between platforms

- Review converted data for accuracy and completeness

- Provide updates and address client queries

- Offer post-conversion support

Requirements:

- Proficiency in both Tally and Zoho Books

- Strong understanding of accounting principles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
