We're Hiring: Accounts & Compliance Officer (5-8 years) - Gurgaon




We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency seeking an experienced Accounts & Compliance Officer to lead our finance and compliance functions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has hands-on experience managing accounts within a digital marketing agency environment.




Key Responsibilities




Maintain accurate books of accounts (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger)Prepare & finalize financial statements, MIS, and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, and tax lawsManage vendor negotiations, reimbursements, and F&F settlementsHandle statutory filings, GEM portal activities & audit coordinationProvide insights and financial analysis to support management decisions



Requirements




5-8 years of experience in Accounts, Finance & ComplianceBachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CA Inter/ICWA/CMA preferred)Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards & tax lawsProficiency in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, MS Excel & MS OfficeMust have worked in a Digital Marketing AgencyExcellent analytical, negotiation & problem-solving skills
