Job Description

Job Purpose:



we are hiring our team accounts billing executive To prepare, verify, and maintain accurate billing records and invoices, ensuring timely collection and proper accounting of revenues in accordance with company policies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:



1. Billing and Invoicing



Prepare and generate invoices for customers/clients based on services rendered or goods supplied. Ensure billing accuracy by cross-verifying quantities, rates, and applicable taxes (GST, TDS, etc.). Maintain billing records and update customer account information.

2. Coordination and Verification



Coordinate with the operations, sales, or service departments for billing inputs and approvals. Verify supporting documents such as purchase orders, delivery challans, or service reports before billing. Resolve any discrepancies or errors in invoices in coordination with relevant departments.

3. Payment Follow-Up



Track outstanding bills and follow up for payments. Maintain the accounts receivable register and report overdue amounts to management. Prepare ageing reports of receivables.

4. Record Maintenance and Reporting



Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and billing-related documents. Assist in monthly/quarterly revenue reports and reconciliation with accounts. Support internal and external audit requirements related to billing.

5. Compliance and Data Entry



Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations. Enter billing data accurately into accounting or ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.). Maintain confidentiality of billing and client information.

6. Customer Support



Respond to customer queries related to billing and payments. Issue credit notes or debit notes as required.

Skills and Qualifications:



Commerce graduate or diploma in accounting. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
