Urgent Hiring For Accounts & Back Office Executive||Location: Pune||

Position: Accounts & Back Office Executive

Salary:

B.Com

Location: Pune

Experience:

1-2 years

Working Days - 6 days (9:30AM to 6:30PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

day-to-day accounting entries

(Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments, Expenses). Manage

GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance

data (with support from seniors/CA). Maintain

ledger accounts

, vouchers, and documentation. Assist in

bank reconciliation, cash handling

, and vendor/customer follow-ups. Prepare and update

MIS reports

, Excel sheets, and internal records. Perform

back-office tasks

such as data entry, documentation, filing, and coordination. Support management with

administrative tasks

and daily operations.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of

accounting principles

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

, emails, and documentation. Experience with

Tally / ERP software

(add if required). Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle back-office responsibilities efficiently.
