• Primary Purpose:
• The Audit Manager role is responsible for organizing and managing client assignments and
• projects, including the completion of assignment tasks and project components as well as coaching,
• advising, and directing team members in meeting client and self-development expectations.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• \xef\x82\xb7 Manages multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each project.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead
• change efforts effectively.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Consult, work with, and service client base to make recommendations on business improvement
• and process improvement and serve as a business advisor to client.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Team with Partners on proposals and business development calls.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Manage, develop, train and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagements
• and mid-year and year-end reviews.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Shares and transfers knowledge within the team.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Builds and nurtures strong working relationships with client management and peer client levels.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Works as an effective team member to complete project components and assignment tasks.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Successfully directs and maintains a motivated and empowered work team.

• Required Qualifications and Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 3 + years of public accounting experience with emphasis in Ability to handle work

• independently.

\xef\x82\xb7 Qualification - CA Inter,/ CS/ ICWA/MBA.

• o Experience of Accounts, Taxation, MCA related works with CA and Audit Firms.
• o Auditing for a variety of industries
