Shovona Hospitality and Restaurants LLP, a rapidly growing multi-brand restaurant group (including Shanghai Flavours of China Town, Saltanat - The King of Biryani & North Indian, and Palate Pleasers), is looking for a

dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Auditor

to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing procedures, and compliance standards within the hospitality or F&B sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, conducting internal audits, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular internal audits of financial transactions, ledgers, and statements. Verify the accuracy of invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments. Review and reconcile accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets. Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and statutory compliance. Identify financial discrepancies and suggest corrective measures. Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations for management review. Coordinate with the accounts and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Support statutory audits and liaise with external auditors when required. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

2-4 years of relevant experience in accounts auditing (preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail sector).

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and reporting skills.

Salary:

Based on experience and interview performance.

Note:

Freshers do not apply.

Only candidates with

2-4 years of relevant auditing experience

will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
