The Accounts & Audit Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, audit coordination, statutory compliance, and financial reporting under the guidance of senior finance professionals. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting software, statutory filings, payroll processing, and preparation of financial statements.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely
data entry
in accounting software
Perform
bank reconciliations
, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledger reconciliations
Assist in
month-end and year-end closing
activities
Financial Reporting
Prepare and assist in finalisation of
Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
Generate MIS reports and financial summaries as required by management
Support budgeting and variance analysis under senior supervision
Audit Support
Assist in
internal and statutory audits
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and explanations
Ensure audit observations are addressed and closed within timelines
Payroll Management
Support payroll processing including salary computation, deductions, and reconciliations
Ensure timely processing of statutory deductions related to payroll
Statutory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with
GST, TDS, PF, ESI
, and other statutory requirements
Prepare and support filing of
GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
and
TDS returns
Maintain statutory registers and compliance records
Assist in responding to notices from tax authorities
Systems & Documentation
Work extensively on accounting software such as
Busy, Tally, and MS Excel
Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, and supporting schedules
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
(B.Com preferred)
4-6 years of relevant experience
in Accounts & Audit
Good knowledge of
GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
Understanding of Indian accounting standards
Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in audit handling and compliance documentation
Exposure to payroll processing
Ability to work under guidance and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
