Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities
Create and manage invoices using
QuickBooks
Maintain accurate financial records
Reconcile accounts and track payments
Assist with basic financial reporting
Maintain and record travel expenses of the onsite team
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related queries
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in basic accounting principles
Hands-on experience with
QuickBooks
(mandatory)
Strong knowledge of invoicing and billing processes
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate with prior experience working with US-based companies
Understanding of US accounting practices (added advantage)
