Role Summary

We are seeking an

Accounts Associate (Team Lead)

to manage

multiple client accounts

in a consulting environment. The role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and client coordination, as well as

leading a team of executives and trainees

to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

accounting operations for multiple clients

simultaneously Review books of accounts, reconciliations, and financial records Ensure timely

GST, TDS,

compliance and filings Prepare and review

monthly MIS and financial statements

Coordinate and support

statutory, internal, and tax audits

Act as the primary contact for assigned clients Lead, assign work, review output, and mentor

team members & trainees

Ensure adherence to internal processes, deadlines, and quality standards

Qualifications & Experience

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance)

CA Inter / CMA Inter

- preferred

2-4 years

of experience in accounting, audit, or consulting firms Mandatory experience in

multi-client handling

Prior

team management or supervisory experience

required

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

Indian accounting & taxation

Hands-on experience with

Tally / Zoho Books / similar ERP

Good working knowledge of

MS Excel

Strong leadership, client communication, and time-management skills

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
