Location: Sitaram Jindal Foundation (SJF - TRUST), Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Finance
Manage daily accounting tasks including data entry, voucher preparation, and ledger maintenance.
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
2. Scholarship & Donation Support
Process scholarship applications and maintain donation records.
Coordinate with internal teams to verify documents.
Prepare reports and presentations related to scholarship and donation activities.
3. Administrative Support
Provide assistance in other Trust activities as required.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of accounts and Trust-related work.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent (preference for accounting specialization).
1-3 years of experience in accounts or administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and take on responsibilities beyond core accounts work.
