We are seeking an analytical and meticulous Accounts Associate to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory compliance, and supporting day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Lead the accounting function for group entities and clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Accounts Receivable & Payable:
Monitor, record, and reconcile receivables and payables.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and key functional metrics on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Statutory Compliance:
Handle GST filings and other statutory compliances in line with business and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure clear communication and seamless financial operations.
Support Activities:
Assist management with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related domain.
Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Clear communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Capacity to work independently and effectively with local well as virtual team.
