We are a hotel representation and marketing consultancy firm based in Ahmedabad. Synergy Hotels & Resorts represents top-notch hotels and resorts across the length and breadth of the country and promotes them extensively through trade shows and events, and explores untapped marketing mediums and avenues.

Role Description

Financial transactions management: Document financial transactions, including invoicing, credit management, accounts clearing, and collections. Taxation & compliance: Manage and document monthly tax filings (e.g., GST) in line with regulations. Ensure timely completion of tax obligations. Payment processing: Verify payment documentation and request disbursements. Ensure proper approvals and accuracy before processing payments. Coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables Account reconciliation: Reconcile discrepancies in financial records by identifying and resolving issues. Confidentiality & security: Maintain confidentiality of financial data and protect the company's financial information. Team contribution: Collaborate with the team to meet company objectives and contribute to achieving key results.

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping. Experience with accounting software and tools, such as Tally & MS- Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to financial data. Knowledge of tax compliance, auditing standards, and applicable regulations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with team members and manage deadlines effectively. Bachelor's degree
