The Accounts Assistant will support day to day accounting and financial operations of the organization. The role involves maintaining records, assisting with billing, payments, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, bills, receipts, and payments
Prepare and process invoices, purchase bills, and expense statements
Assist in bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
Support GST related work including data entry, returns, and reconciliation
Maintain records of receivables and payables and follow up for payments
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle petty cash and maintain proper documentation
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and auditors for account related matters
Ensure proper filing and record keeping of financial documents
Support senior accounts staff in audits and compliance activities

Pay: ₹9,622.02 - ₹29,704.64 per month
