The Accounts Assistant will support the Accounts Department in day-to-day accounting operations, data entry, documentation, and financial record maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
Handle purchase, sales, expense, and journal vouchers.
Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, and petty cash records.
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Support in preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice processing.
Ensure timely filing and documentation of accounting records.
Assist auditors during internal or statutory audits.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
