Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and maintenance of accounting records.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
Maintain ledgers, reconcile bank statements, and update cash book.
Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and outstanding balances.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audits and compliance.
Provide support to the Accounts Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and financial statements.
