Job Description

(JD) Position Title: Asst ,Accounts & Coordination Department: Finance, Accounts & Administration Location: Corporate Office - Sector 63, Noida & Project Sites Reporting To: Managing Director / Finance Head Job Purpose: The role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, taxation, GST & TDS compliance, reimbursements, financial reporting, and project/site accounting. Additionally, it involves providing administrative and coordination support to the Management (MD & Director) while ensuring smooth communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Financial Management: ₹ Manage daily accounting activities: voucher entries, ledger postings, cash/bank book maintenance. ? Prepare invoices, record payments, and carry out reconciliations. ? Coordinate vendor payments, client receivables, advances, and reimbursements. ? Track and monitor project expenses and ensure timely settlements. ? File GST returns, manage input-output credit, and perform reconciliations. ? Handle TDS calculation, payment, and quarterly return filing. ? Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual MIS and financial reports. ? Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis. Project & Site Accounting: ₹ Maintain site-level accounts, data entries, and expense monitoring. ? Record and manage stock/material in-out at project sites. ? Ensure cost tracking and project-level financial monitoring. ? Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance. ? Act as a bridge between site teams and Head Office finance division. Administration & Coordination: ₹ Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for MD/Director. ? Handle communication (emails, calls, letters) with clients, vendors, and internal teams. ? Support office administration, vendor management, and project coordination. ? Maintain proper filing systems (both digital & physical). ? Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial and company information. Qualifications & Skills: ₹ B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 2-6 years of relevant experience. ? Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, Word & MS Office. ? knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and project accounting. ? Excellent analytical ability and financial reporting skills. ? Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (verbal & written). ? Ability to work independently and handle both office & site-level accounting.
