Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP / accounting software.
Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile ledgers, and manage day-to-day transactions.
Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and petty cash management.
Compliance Management
Company Compliance:
Support in maintaining statutory registers, filings, and audit documentation.
GST Compliance:
Prepare and file GST returns, manage input credit reconciliation, and ensure timely submission.
Prepare and maintain shipping, customs, and foreign trade documentation as per DGFT and GST regulations.
Invoicing & Documentation
Generate and issue sales/purchase invoices with accuracy.
Maintain organized records for audit and compliance purposes.
Reporting & Analysis
Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports.
Support cost analysis and budget preparation.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
Typing speed of
65 WPM
(verified).
MS Excel -
Intermediate Level
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
Knowledge of Tally ERP or equivalent accounting software.
Familiarity with GST portal, PF/ESI portals, and DGFT documentation process.
