Designation :

Accounts Assistant

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) - preferred (BBA / BSc with Accounting / Finance is also acceptable). CA / CMA / CS Inter (or pursuing) - preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Experience in Auditing firm is required.

( Experience in auditing, taxation, GST, and TDS is an advantage)

Salary:

15K-20K

Location:

Kilpauk,Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

Auditing:

Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits

Prepare audit schedules, working papers, and supporting documents

Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

Taxation:

Assist in GST returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

Support in TDS computation and returns (24Q, 26Q).

Ensure compliance with income tax and indirect tax regulations.

Maintain proper documentation for tax filings.

Compliance & Reporting:

Support monthly and year-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Prepare basic MIS reports as required.

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers.

Assist in day-to-day accounting activities.

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
