Bank Reconciliation:
Match bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.
Administrative Support:
Handle phone calls, emails, mail, and general office duties for the finance department.
Liaison:
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and third-party providers.
Audits:
Support senior staff during audits by providing necessary documentation.
Required Skills
Technical:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), TALLY and specialized accounting systems.
Numerical Accuracy:
Strong mathematical skills and a high level of attention to detail to catch errors in large datasets.
Communication:
Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues and handle vendor communications professionally.
