Job Summary:

We are looking for a

(Female) Accounts Assistant

to support our Accounts & Finance department in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the

construction industry

, with a strong understanding of project accounting, vendor billing, and site expense management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting entries and maintain books of accounts in

Tally / ERP software

. Manage

petty cash

and maintain accurate site-wise expense records. Prepare and process

vendor and subcontractor bills

. Support

bank reconciliation

, vendor ledger reconciliation, and account statements. Assist in the preparation and filing of

GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

. Coordinate with

site teams and procurement departments

for invoice verification and approvals. Prepare

monthly expense reports

and assist in

MIS

submission. Maintain proper

filing and documentation

of all financial transactions. Support

internal and external audits

as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / Accounting or Finance background

.

1-3 years of experience

in accounting (preferably in

construction or contracting firms

). Good working knowledge of

Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office

. Understanding of

GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles

. Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
