We are looking for an experienced and skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team immediately! If you are proficient in Tally Prime and have hands-on experience with Taxation and Collections, apply now!

Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

Tally Prime Management:

Full-cycle data entry, voucher posting, and maintaining accurate financial records in

Tally Prime

software.

GST Compliance:

Assisting with the calculation, recording, and preparation of

GST

returns and related documentation.

TDS Management:

Calculation, deduction, and preparation of statements for

TDS

(Tax Deducted at Source).

ITR Support:

Assisting with the data preparation and finalization process for

ITR

(Income Tax Returns).

Payment Collection:

Proactively following up with clients for outstanding payments and coordinating payment receipts.

Reconciliation:

Bank, ledger, and other accounts reconciliation. Generating financial reports as required by management.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Assistant/Executive.

Skills:

Must have hands-on, working knowledge of

Tally Prime, GST, TDS, ITR, and Payment Collection.

Availability:

Must be an

Immediate Joiner

(or available to join within 1 week).

Education:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree.
