Job Description

Processing invoices and payments:

Receiving and processing all invoices, checking them for accuracy, and preparing bills for payment.

Recording financial transactions:

Maintaining and updating the company's books, journals, and ledgers by accurately recording all financial data like sales, purchases, and expenses.

Reconciling accounts:

Reconciling bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Maintaining records:

Keeping financial files and documents organized, both physical and digital.

Assisting with financial reporting:

Helping prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Required skills

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
